Bronze Laus awarded for the Deem Finance transformation into a 21st-century digital bank, encompassing brand strategy, corporate identity, and all digital applications.
Shaped Zattoo's 2030 vision by building the new MODULAR product suite (INGEST · STREAM · ORCHESTRATE) including developer-first APIs, SDKs and platform working with 10+ cross functional development and business teams. Launched B2B developer experience to cut onboarding time from months to days. Secured key B2B renewals, cut churn risk and account growth pipeline.
Advised strategic B2B customer accounts on platform strategy, prepared entry into new markets and segments.
Led expansion into CTV, Operator apps and platform partnerships with Samsung, LG, VIDAA and Panasonic. Cut severe migration churn risk and grew reach with LG app relaunch and core performance improvement to Samsung app.
Consulted startups on product strategy, lean delivery and ops scaling. Mentored COVID pandemic-response projects during international hackathons.
